Manigat, MD, FACS
Dr Manigat is a compassionate and accomplished Surgeon
with over thirty (30) years of experience. He is Board Certified in General
Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Surgery and a Member of the
American Society of Bariatric Surgery.

After graduation from Medical School and training in General Surgery in
Haiti, Dr Manigat came to the United States. He did his internship and
residency in General Surgery at Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn & Queens
and Jewish Hospital & Medical Center of Brooklyn. He served as Chief
Resident at Jewish Hospital & Medical Center of Brooklyn, NY.
He is currently a Clinical Instructor in Surgery for the University of
Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He has also held teaching appointments
at the State University of New York at Brooklyn, and at the University of
Pennsylvania.
He lectured on various surgical topics and extensively on LAPAROSCOPY.

Health System and Past Associate Chief of the Camden Division. He also
serves as Cancer Liaison Physician for the American College of Surgeons -
Commission on Cancer/Virtua Health System.
He is committed to the health of his community and volunteers in various
medical committees. From 1995 to1997 he was a member of the Health Advisory
Board for the City of Camden Department of Health & Human Services. Member
of the American Cancer Society and Past President of the Camden County Unit,
he is an Executive Committee Member of the South Jersey Medical Association,
Inc. of which he is Past President & Founder)
